Challenges and priorities for the future
Aim:
The main aim of this course is to enable participants that are STARTING trainers - within the framework of their youth-organisation or associations - to competently prepare, run and evaluate training activities with an international and/or intercultural dimension.
We focus on the priorities of Youth in Action, taking into account the reality in which the European Youth work now is working (changed priorities and features of the Youth in Action, different situations of NA's with less budget, important issues such as valorisation, visibility,...)
